SHIPPING / RETURNS
All prices are in Canadian dollar.
The delivery takes between 2-10 business days and is processed by Canada Post. If there are delays, we will conctact you to let you know.
QUÉBEC AND ONTARIO
The shipping fee within Québec and Ontario is usually 10$. For smaller products such as jewelries, the shipping fee is 5$.
For shipping outside of Québec and Ontario, the charge will usually be of 15$. Shipping may not be available in all areas depending on certain restrictions.
Customer is responsible for any customs or import fees.
If you wish to return a Carlo product, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date to notify us of the reason of unsatisfaction. After a thorough evaluation, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition at the customer’s expense, unless it is the company’s mistake. After reception and approval of the parcel, you will receive a complete refund of the value of the article you paid for in the same method of payment. No shipping fees will be reimbursed. Products can not be returned if worn, washed, damaged or if the tags are taken off.
Each article is carefully inspected before shipment. If the merchandise were to be damaged or defective upon reception, please contact us immediately in order to procede with the return/exhange policy. You have 7 days after reception to contact us and we will follow up with your request shortly after.
All Carlo’s products are handcrafted in limited quantities. It is possible that a product would become out of stock whilst we are treating your request. In this case, we will contact you to follow through with your request. We appreciate your understanding and we will do our best to make you statisfied.
